1. BCHDEX's representations and warranties
1.1. BCHDEX shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with these Terms of Use. All transactions conducted on the Platform will be managed anonymously so that buyers and sellers are not familiar with each other. Comply with the rules and laws of the country/region where he/she resides and/or accesses the Website and Services; has accepted these Terms of Use; is 18 years of age or older and has the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use and engage in transactions involving cryptocurrencies; if the User is a corporate User, the corporate has the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use and engage in transactions involving cryptocurrencies.
4.2. The User declares and warrants that he/she will only use the Platform to trade in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms of Use and that the User is duly authorized and capable of trading on the Platform.
4.3. The User declares and warrants that the fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies deposited into the Account belong to the User and come from a legal source.
4.4. The User declares and warrants that he/she will only withdraw any cryptocurrencies from his/her Account to his/her wallet, excluding payments to third parties using BCHDEX. BCHDEX is not responsible for payments to third parties or non-owned accounts.
4.5. The User declares and warrants that all transactions conducted do not infringe the rights of any third party or applicable laws.
4.6. The User understands that his personal information and identifiers may be shared with properly authorized third parties for legal obligations (e.g. crime prevention and tax purposes) and/or in order to provide the services requested by the User.
5. Rights and Liabilities of BCHDEX
5.1. BCHDEX reserves the right to suspend the User's account and block all cryptocurrencies or/and fiat currencies contained therein if the User fails to fulfill the Terms of Use.
5.2. BCHDEX commits to use its best efforts, act with care, and provide the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use.

5.3. The liability of BCHDEX is limited to using reasonable technical efforts to ensure the receipt of cryptocurrencies transferred between Users. When initiating cryptocurrency transactions to non-BCHDEX users, the liability of BCHDEX shall be further limited to ensuring the transmission of the necessary technical data to the cryptocurrency network.
5.4. To the extent permitted by law, BCHDEX shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data, unless the losses suffered are due to BCHDEX's breach of the Terms of Use.

5.6. BCHDEX shall not be responsible for delays in payment processing due to the fault of any third party, processor or operator of such transactions.
5.7. In the event of a change in legislation in a country or state leading to stricter regulation of cryptocurrencies available on the platform, BCHDEX may restrict users from trading in specific currency pairs using such cryptocurrencies, subject to the effects of the change in legislation. In such event, users may only revoke the restriction on trading cryptocurrencies from external addresses.
5.8. In the event of fraud, BCHDEX undertakes to report all necessary information, including name, address and all other required information, to the relevant authorities dealing with fraud and illegal acts. Users acknowledge that their accounts may be frozen at any time upon request of any competent authority investigating suspected fraud or any other suspected illegal activity.
5.9. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BCHDEX’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the user’s negligence, violation of the terms prescribed by law, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded.
5.10. If a fiat deposit order cannot be completed because the user has not transferred the fiat funds to their BCHDEX account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the deposit order was created, BCHDEX reserves the right to reject the order.
5.11. Accurate or inconsistent with registration, and you fail to provide reasonable proof (remember that you should submit true, complete and accurate information in accordance with laws or regulations); (2) If you violate relevant laws, regulations or the provisions of these Terms; (3) The provisions of laws, regulations and the requirements of relevant government departments; (4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances determined by us at our sole discretion.
5.12. During the BCHDEX internal user migration process or system upgrade, XBT reserves the right to implement the following temporary restrictions without further notice:

1.2. The transaction price is calculated based on the actual matching orders of buyers and sellers participating in the Platform bidding, combined with applicable transaction fees.
1.3. XBT represents and warrants that transactions will not be canceled or reversed, and that it holds all cryptocurrencies acquired by each user in its account on behalf of each user.
1.4. The user acknowledges and agrees that BCHDEX provides users with the possibility to hold and trade USDT (Tether) without providing any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to 100% backing of USDT by Tether Limited reserves. ; USDT price stability (1 USDT: 1 US dollar), etc. These reserves are not insured and may be unexpectedly reduced, which means that users always have the possibility of losing their funds.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. The Service allows all users of the Platform to trade cryptocurrencies with other users.
2.2. Depending on where the User resides, the User may not be able to use all features of the Website. It is the User's responsibility to comply with such rules and laws of his place of residence and/or the location from which the User is accessing the Website.
2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in completing transactions, he is transacting with other Users and that BCHDEX is acting only as an intermediary in such transactions and not as a counterparty to any such transactions.
3. Rights and Responsibilities of the User
3.1. The User has the right to enter and use the Website and use the Services, provided that the User agrees and complies with the Terms of Use. By using the Website, the User agrees to accept and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
3.2. The User commits to read the entire Terms of Use carefully before using the Website or any services provided by BCHDEX.
3.3. The User commits to comply with any applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of the Services.
3.4. The User commits to provide BCHDEX with true, accurate, current and complete proof of identity and to promptly update personal information when it changes.
3.5. The User commits to monitor all changes to his account, including but not limited to any changes in balance.
3.6. The User undertakes to notify BCHDEX immediately (i.e. immediately upon discovery) of any abnormal, suspicious, unclear or unusual changes in his/her account. If the User fails to notify XBT of such changes in a timely manner, the User will be held liable for violating the Terms of Use and XBT has the right to take any further measures accordingly, including but not limited to reporting to the relevant country or region.
3.7. The User agrees that whenever a transaction is made, the Platform will send and receive monetary amounts and/or cryptocurrencies to accounts opened in the name and on behalf of the Buyer and Seller.
3.8. The User undertakes to immediately notify BCHDEX of any unauthorized use of his/her account or password or any other security breach on the LiveChat website. Any User who violates the provisions of this Agreement may be terminated and be liable for any losses suffered by BCHDEX or any user of the Website.
3.9. The User undertakes not to use the Service for any form of criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal gambling activities, financing of terrorist organizations or malicious hacking.
3.10. The User shall be responsible for any and all damages and all liability actions brought against BCHDEX for infringement of any third party rights or violation of any applicable law.
3.11. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit the User's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of any term required by law, or any other liability that is not limited or excluded by law.
3.12. The User shall be solely responsible for determining whether any contemplated transaction is suitable for him/her based on his/her personal objectives, financial situation and risk tolerance.
3.13. All payment instruments added to your account (whether bank account, credit card, debit card or other) must be in the name of the account holder. Any other attempt will be considered fraud.
3.14. The User is prohibited from engaging in any type of market manipulation or taking any actions, including but not limited to: front-running, wash trading, spoofing, layering, churning and quote stuffing. Generally speaking, market manipulation refers to any action taken by any user or person acting in concert with a user for the purpose of: (i) deceiving or misleading other users; (ii) artificially controlling or manipulating fund prices or trading volumes; (iii) aiding, abetting, procuring, buying, or
6. What are credit points?
Different credit points will be given according to the participants’ participation in secondary contract transactions and the amount of funds deposited into the account to determine whether they meet the requirements for withdrawal or credit limit statistical evaluation!

600-630 credits, maximum withdrawal amount is $10,000 or equivalent every 10 days

7. Account Security
7.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including but not limited to passwords, emails, wallet addresses, balances, and all activities conducted through their accounts (including transactions)
7.2. BCHDEX personnel will never ask users to reveal their passwords. Any messages received by a user or any website he/she visits that requires a password (except the BCHDEX website) should be reported to BCHDEX. If the user has any doubts about whether a website is authentic, they need to ensure that the website complies with EV SSL standards (security certificate verification appears in the address bar of the web browser).
7.3. Users are obliged to change their passwords regularly every three (3) months to reduce the risk of security breaches associated with their accounts. BCHDEX also recommends that users do not choose passwords that are easily guessed or that make sense from information someone may know or collect about the user. Users must not allow anyone to access their accounts or monitor users accessing their accounts.
8. Taxes
8.1 Users commit to pay all taxes arising from the use of BCHDEX services and shall be paid in accordance with the regulations of the jurisdiction where the user resides.
8.2. BCHDEX is not responsible for any violations caused by the user's calculation and payment of tax obligations.
9. Modifications and Corrections
9.1 BCHDEX reserves the right to modify or change any part of these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms of Use on the Website. Changes will take effect upon the first use of the Service by the User after the revised Terms of Use are posted, and shall be deemed accepted by the User and shall apply to any activity initiated after the posting. If the User disagrees with any such modification, the User's sole remedy is to terminate the use of the Service and close the Account. The User agrees that BCHDEX shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the User or any third party as a result of any modification or change to these Terms of Use.
